The orders are processed from us within 2 working days after receiving your confirmation. It might take up to 4 business days for us to process your bobblehead during the peak period.
Orders shipped via USPS, DHL, FedEx, or your local courier depending on the shipping address provided. The bobbleheads are shipped from the US, Singapore, Australia, or Shenzhen, depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our availability.

Note: Due to the current COVID-19 epidemic, our couriers are heavily impacted by reduced manpower and a high shipment volume. As such, there may be a slight delay in your order. Kindly allow additional 1 - 2 weeks for your order to be delivered after it has been dispatched. Please be assured that we will monitor all orders and make sure that it reaches you. Standard shipping is at $5.99 and free shipping for any orders above $100.
Import taxes and duties are covered by Hot Bobblehead.
Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you immediately. If you did not receive your tracking number within 5 working days starting from the day of confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Return & Refund
We are sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you received a faulty item, please contact our online support team and they will get this sorted out for you.
Because each bobblehead is customized to you, once they are confirmed (please note that if we did not receive a reply within 48 hours, it would be considered a confirmation), it is non-refundable or exchangeable. However, we do provide an unlimited number of proofs to ensure that the bobbleheads meet your expectations.
Should there be a cancellation of order during the pre-creation stage, 20% of the order price will be incurred as the re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee includes the raw materials used, manpower cost, and handling fee.
Please take note that it may take up to 2 weeks before your refund is returned to you. If you have not received a refund after 2 weeks, do check your bank account and contact your credit card company first. Kindly contact us at email@example.com if they confirmed that it has not been processed.
Exchanges are only applicable if the bobblehead is damaged. Kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to exchange.
Please take note that the shipping costs of the return will be covered by you and is non-refundable. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund, should you be applicable to it.
Depending on your shipping address, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Should your product cost over $100, we recommend you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
